RD-90(Superfine active aluminum silicate) is formed by particular rhermal tresment and surface prepsration. Its appearance is white super fine powder and Psrticle sixe is as fine as fine as submicron. Irs Phvalue is 6.0-7.0 and it can be ap plied in matural rubber, rubber polymer and colophony as white active filler. The rubber with RD-90 has high colorability, opacity and extrudability. The product has the same excellent excess weld property and abrasion resistance as carbon white. The rubber has advantages of good allround performance, electrical property and other properties of thermostability, acid and alkali resistance and chemical solvent resistance, and is a superior filler of tint rubber product as a substitution of carbon white. It's applied in various tint rubber products.
