.Product's application
TL-107, our newly developed superior modified aluminum silicate, is made up of high purity kaolinite through strictly controlled process of crushing,stripping,calcining,scattering and surface modification. It'smainly applied in nylon as modified filler, The main characteristics are as follows:
Its particle is so fine sa to sub-micron grade and the specific surface area is 16 m2/g.
It has affinity with nylon after surface modification treatment and can be filled largely.
The properties of the nylon product, mechanics,thermotics,electrical insulation and water resistance,are all improved after being filled with TL-107.According to experimental contrast, nylon produce with Ti-107 is superior to that with mica, calcium carbonate, talcum powder,etc.
It's a nucleator and efficiently reduces product shrinkage.
Products made with TL-107 have a good whiteness and can improve colorability for its high brightness.
At present, this series has been exported in batch as automobile's plastic functionality filler.

Calcine and classification ensures DB series without any coarse particle. Therefoue, DB series has low content of 325 mesh screen residue and always keeps high Hegman grind. DB series can be applied to latex paint, powder coating and fields.

It's the best extender of titanium dioxide with excellent opacity that can improve efficiency and cut costs by partly replacing titanium dioxide.

HA-90T series, as a calcined kaolin pigment, with the property of high brightmess, excellent light scattering, fine particle, is an extender that can replace titanium dioxide partly to improve the efficiency and replace titanium dioxide partly to improve the efficiency and reduce production costs, and can help paint to form easily the close-grained and smooth paint film.
It's hard to sedimentate and stable in electrophoresis tank.
With low impurity and good inertia, it can improve paint film's stability against corrosion and moisture-proof property.
The particle has micro platy shape. The series has advantages of low oil absorption and easy dispersion.
HA-90T, which is applied automobile electrophoresis prime coat, supplies excellent deposition stability, paint film flattening, corrosion resistance, rim angle spreadability and uniformity. Calcined kaolin's excellent opacity and adhesion make paint film flatter and denser and get much better stone striking resistance property.
